Mode : refers to the most frequently occurring numbers found in a set of numbers.

Median : refers to the value in the middle of the distribution.

Mean : The average of the numbers in a distribution.

In a normal distribution, the mean, median and mode are approximately equal.

In a positively skewed distribution, the mean is greater than the median which is also greater than the mode.

Whereas in a negatively skewed distribution, the mean is lesser than the median and the mode is greater than the median.
